Items in stock will ship within 2 business days from purchase, otherwise, they will be made especially for your order and will require 3-6 weeks before shipping.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Available shipping methods within the continental US are sent insured with tracking:
Standard - Free with purchase (2-7 business days in transit)
Expedited - $35 (2 business days in transit)
Alaska & Hawaii - $45 (Expedited only available)
Signature required upon delivery.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers.

All international orders are final sale.

International shipments are shipped via DHL Express International who provides customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days.
Additional time might be necessary for custom clearance so please plan accordingly. All packages will be fully insured. Additional imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Soley & Si is not associated with these fees. All additional fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any customs duties or clearances for all shipments.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items. Please email connect@soleyandsi.com if you have additional instructions for your order.
Note: Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
