All of our jewelry is thoughtfully designed and made in the USA. Due to the nature of our handcrafted jewelry, slight variations may occur between products. 

MATERIALS

Our materials are ethically sourced and 100% conflict-free, according to our knowledge, and or, the documents provided by our legitimate and trusted suppliers. 

STONE SIZES

We do our best describing our products as accurately as possible. Each stone or bead may have slight variations due to the fact they are made from natural materials.

Stones are also custom cut and may vary slightly for the style and size of the product it is being used for. Please note that the sizes and weights on the product page are only approximate values.

COLOR OF PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, the photographs illustrating our products may differ slightly from reality due to the customer's screen settings and the lighting when the photo shoot took place.

Colors of the metals or stones that you view on your computer screen may be different from the actual colors of these products. We are not responsible for any inaccuracy in this manner. 

Some of our style's materials are unique and custom made; Furthermore, these are artisan pieces, the items may have irregularities in finish or differences in format and or colors, all of which are inherent to this type of production and cannot be considered to be major defects. The seller's liability cannot be sought and the validity of the order cannot be affected in this regard.

PRODUCT PRICES

All prices quoted on our website are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change, without prior notice, according to fluctuation in material market price.

RING SIZING

We highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. We do not offer alteration services on rings as the styles are custom made per order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make our pieces in small, made-to-order batches. Lead times may vary based on product. Most styles take 3-6 weeks to produce, this time frame may increase due to material availability. We will do our best to advise production lead time for your specific order once it is received.

We will try and ship out your order as soon as it is complete and meets our quality expectations. We invite the customer to contact us to inquire about the real-time availability of the products you are interested in purchasing.

PACKAGING

Our Jewelry boxes are Eco-friendly FSC®-certified cardboard jewelry boxes.

Each jewelry box has a matte kraft paper finish and comes with a soft foam insert coated with velour (polyurethane foam). Our trusted supplier guarantees that the glue, paper and cardboard of the box are 100% eco-friendly. 

Some of our larger jewelry pieces will come in a soft and beautiful linen pouch, which is sustainable recyclable and reusable.
